The “District #1” charitable fund developed a project for constructing a new settlement for IDPs, comprising 13 houses with land plots in the village of Staryi Bykov. The project also included the development of a water supply and sewage system to ensure comfortable living conditions.

As a result, each house was equipped with its own well providing drinking water that meets all the sanitary and hygienic requirements of Ukraine, as well as septic tanks for wastewater disposal.
