Clearing debris at the “Myli Kvartyry” residential complex following a tank attack

After a tank attack on the “Myli Kvartyry” residential complex in the village of Mila, Kyiv region, the top two floors of the building were horrifically destroyed.

To conduct an assessment and evaluate the damages for future restoration, it was necessary to clear the debris. The residents of the building approached our team with this request.

The “District #1” charitable fund mobilized over 150 volunteers to clean up the aftermath of the destruction. Together, we made 5 trips to remove the debris and hauled away 130 tons of construction waste(!), which not only facilitated the damage assessment but also enabled us to winterize the building.

This colossal effort significantly improved the condition of the building, ensuring faster and more effective measures to preserve the structure before the cold, snowy, and rainy spring.
