During the winter of 2022-2023, the city of Kramatorsk endured the impact of russian military aggression and constant bombing, resulting in significant damage to infrastructure and the disruption of heating and communications in numerous houses.

The charitable foundation “District #1,” together with the German Gallery, joined forces to raise funds and provide 30 wood-burning stoves to the city of Kramatorsk. This initiative aimed to ensure that people could stay warm and cook food during a challenging situation. Thanks to this project, 30 families received essential assistance.
